Guest Book Love Seat

This is such a wonderful and unique idea. If you have a nice porch or even a nice backyard having a love seat guest book is so lovely. Your guest will have paint brushes or paint pens and draw on the chair then after the big day you will just have to make sure to seal and weather proof it. I absolutely blown away by all the unique ideas that couples can come up with.

DIY Heart Table Card

Such a new and cute way to display table cards for your guests. For this all you will need is some paper and good penmanship for the names. I would suggest folding the paper in half to get a symmetrical heart.

Jones Custom Labels

DIY Yarn Covered Chargers

I found a new lovely blog called “Carter and Cook Company” I think everyone should really check this out and see how amazing their portfolio/work is! This is brought to you by them!

Materials:

• Larger Plastic Charger
• Yarn of your choice (The thicker the less time is takes)
• Tape + Scissors

Step 1: Start by securing one end of the spill of thread with scotch tape on one side of the plate.

Step 2:Begin spinning the yarn around the charger from top to bottom. The key here is to pull it tight. The wider you get the more likely you’re winding of thread will begin to slip. Once you reach that point, stop and cut the yarn and secure with a piece of tape.

Step 3: Repeat step 2 but at another starting point on the plate.

Step 4: Continue to repeat until you’ve covered the entire plate and tie off the yarn in the back Please note you will use a lot of yarn, and this is’t a quick and easy task! It took almost two spools of yarn and a hour to do 4.

DIY Paper Daffodils

My favourite flowers and this idea is just fantastics, so I just had to share it with everyone. Before I start I am sorry it has been a while since I have posted on here, but I am actually doing my own table settings for an independent school project. If anyone has anything they are willing to let me barrow or use I would be very happy and grateful. OKAY! back to this wonderful DIY idea! This is brought to you by Intimate Weddings

You will need:

• Paper egg cartons
• Pipe cleaners
• Floral tape
• Scissors
• Yellow paints (Acrylic)
• Paper gift bag

Gather your egg cartons and cut the petal shapes out of the egg cup. I divided the egg cup into six equal sections before cutting them out to make sure the petals matched.

For the corona (the inside cup) I used a triangular shape from the carton. I cut small “v” shapes around the edges as you can see in the photo.

btw, these scissors are the best kind to use!

Next, you want to paint the carton shapes yellow!

Next, ass some white glue to the inside of the painted egg cup, and the botton of the triangular form.

Glue the two pieces together and let them dry.

Poke a hol ein he back of the flower for the stem.

Wrap the pipe cleaner with floral tape. 

cut out a piece of yellow crepe paper (2” x 2”) and add some gly to the end of the stem.

Insert the stem into the hole in the bottom and bam!
